Meet Robbie...
Hi, my name is Robbie Pepper.
I visited Pagosa Springs the first time in September of 1993, and saw the colors along Highway 160 going up Wolf Creek Pass. I remember that day vividly — looking out from a stop on the road somewhere near Bootjack Ranch, and I don't know if I've ever had a better day in my life.
I moved here a year later from Los Angeles, determined to create a new life different from the stress, traffic, anger and competition — all things associated with my background in sales, music, acting and living in the big city.
I didn't know what my future might hold; I loved the land, but I didn't know what to do. At the urging and a loan from my uncle Max, I got my Real Estate license.
What a ride I've had......
In 1996. Pagosa was a "Real Estate Candy Store" of inexpensive resorts, ranches, homes, buildable home-sites, acreage, cabins on rivers ... and opportunity.
I got into Real Estate, and after a few years did very well working for Jim Smith, as a Realtor and ad salesman for his real estate magazine.
During this time I started to get very interested in Real Estate education and contracts. I took a lot of classes and earned several educational and experience based certifications. I'm also a Colorado Association of Realtors Instructor and an e-PRO trainer as well.
My designations include:
- CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member)
- e-PRO 2.0 web (NAR Internet Technology)
- CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist)
- GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute)
- CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
- MRE (Master of Real Estate)
- CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist)
- SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist)
I got into teaching for the Colorado Association of Realtors and I'm qualified to teach GRI Housing Construction, NAR 4-hr Ethics, and CREC annual update.
I'm still playing guitar, doing occasional massages, and looking forward to some more snowboarding!
I want to help you find just the right property in the beautiful
Rocky Mountains. Please contact me today.
I hope to hear from you soon... Thanks
